Topic: Inclusive Leadership – Creating Environments Where Diversity Can Thrive

Racial equity, diversity, and inclusion are not just buzz words, they are real circumstances impacting people around the world. These disparities have created opportunities for EHS, Sustainability, and IH professionals to lead programs for equity. Our responsibility as leaders is to create environments where diversity can thrive. Inclusive leaders create environments where people of all backgrounds feel respected, can contribute their talent and perspectives, and are given fair access to meaningful opportunity. The purpose of this webinar is to empower health and safety leaders with the critical knowledge and skills they need to build more inclusive workplaces, manage diverse teams, and serve diverse clients and customers.

Session Objectives

  • To enhance one’s ability to recognize, understand and appreciate difference
  • To consider the value of, and business imperative for, diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Develop and implement strategies to be more inclusive in their leadership approach
