2026 Southern California Joint Technical Symposium (JTS) – Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

JTS has grown organically and impressively to the Premier EHS Symposium of Southern California. Now three ASSP chapters (Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Orange County) as well as the founding AIHA sections continue to sponsor the JTS each year. $750 Exhibitor ($600 Early Bird Until 08/07)

$4000 Platinum Sponsor

• Verbal recognition at all sessions

$1750 Dessert or Coffee Station Sponsor

• Your company logo prominently displayed at the coffee station or dessert station
• Your company logo displayed in slides in ballroom / exhibit hall.

Partial / Full Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor

• Meal sponsorship will feature prominent Signage in the Exhibit Hall recognizing your sponsorship.
• Meal sponsorships include two event passes. (You will be contacted with a registration code.)
• Partial meal sponsorship will receive special recognition during general sessions and a marketing slide added to the rolling slide show in the exhibit hall throughout the day.
• Full meal sponsorship will receive special recognition during general sessions and a marketing slide added to the rolling slide show in the exhibit hall throughout the day, AND an opportunity to address the attendees for 3 minutes during the sponsored meal (can either play a marketing video or have a person make a presentation).

$150 Sponsor a Student

• We had dozens of OEHS students sponsored in 2025!
• Sponsor emerging OEHS professionals (students) to attend the JTS
• NOTE: Sponsor a Student is an add-on option and does not include symposium attendance. The JTS will draw OEHS students from local universities, and your sponsorship will enable the recruitment of an additional student. You will be recognized at the JTS for sponsoring a student and supporting the OEHS community of tomorrow.

• PLEASE fill out registration fields EXACTLY AS YOU WANT THEM PRINTED (on nametags, certificates, etc.), including capitals, punctuation, etc.
• PLEASE register early. First come, first serve.  We are limiting the exhibit hall to 23 tables again this year.  Exhibitor tables have sold out every year.
• Pricing includes a one-day business license (required by the City of Carson, sorry).
• ♦GOLD♦ and ♦♦PLATINUM♦♦ sponsors will be provided a special code for the included all access passes after registering.
• ♦GOLD♦ and ♦♦PLATINUM♦♦ sponsors will have first choice of table positions. All other exhibitor table positions will be chosen or assigned based on the order registered. First come, first serve.
• Due to space limitations and pricing considerations, we are unable to accommodate additional table attendant requests. If you are bringing more than two representatives, please have the additional folks register as attendees on the ATTENDEE REGISTRATION PAGE.
• All exhibitors and sponsors will be provided an attendee contact list a couple weeks after the event.
• Exhibit hall will be accessible starting 6 a.m. on the day of the event. If you need access to stage or store items the night before, please contact Bob Namdar at (714) 309-3626 or bob.namdar@tsi.com.
• Exhibitors / sponsors will be contacted a week or two before the event with final details and table assignments.
• For overnight guests, there is a DoubleTree next to the Carson Event Center, just a few hundred feet away at 2 Civic Plaza Drive, Carson, CA 90745.
