The Crane Guys is seeking a driven and hands-on Safety & Compliance Manager to lead and continuously improve our safety and regulatory programs. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and related standards while building a strong, proactive safety culture across the organization. You’ll oversee training and certifications, fleet and equipment compliance, incident management, audits, and customer prequalification requirements, all while partnering closely with operations and leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and is passionate about protecting people, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
