Exhibitor – $600

  • 1 trade show table (6’ draped)
  • 2 table attendants included
  • Contact list of attendees provided after the event
  • Exhibitor table price increases to $750 after Sep 15th
  • $90 for each additional exhibitor table attendant (over 2)

Coffee Station or Dessert Sponsor – $1500 (each)

  • Your company logo prominently displayed at the coffee station or dessert station
  • Your company logo displayed in slides in exhibit hall / ballroom.

Food, beverage, and facilities costs have increased. All exhibitors domiciled outside the City of Carson are required by the City to purchase a one-day business license (included in pricing).

NOTES

  • PLEASE register early. First come, first serve.  We are limiting the exhibit hall to 23 tables again this year.  Exhibitor tables have sold out every year.
  • Please see the 2023 JTS Sponsor Menu for full details of what is included with your exhibitor / sponsor package.
  • Pricing includes a one-day business license (required by the City of Carson, sorry).
  • Other than Platinum and Gold Sponsors, exhibitor table positions will be chosen or assigned based on the order registered. First come, first serve.
  • For Gold and Platinum sponsors, please contact Phillip Combest at (714) 715-3815 or phillipcombest@gmail.com, and you will be provided with a promo code to register your included attendees.
  • All exhibitors and sponsors will be provided an attendee contact list a couple weeks after the event.
  • Exhibit hall will be accessible starting 6 a.m. on the day of the event. If you need access to stage or store items the night before, please contact Phillip Combest at (714) 715-3815 or phillipcombest@gmail.com.
  • Exhibitors / sponsors will be contacted a week or two before the event with final details and table assignments.
  • For overnight guests, there is a DoubleTree next to the Carson Event Center, just a few hundred feet away at 2 Civic Plaza Drive, Carson, CA 90745.
